Cont.: Prime Minister’s Decree
No. 1630 of 2016

The Egyptian Supreme Cybersecurity Council (ESCC) shall hold its meetings at least once every three months. Meetings of the Executive Bureau and the Technical Secretariat shall be held at least once every month.

The expenses of the works and activities of the Council, the Executive Bureau and the Secretariats will be deducted from the budgets of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and the Information Technology Industry Development Authority (ITIDA), by 75% and 35%, respectively.

Last but not least, the competent authorities shall implement this Decree.
